Hilary Duff and Joel Madden, who recently split up, have requested a dismissal of efforts to get a temporary restraining order in place against an stalker.
Hilary Duff, 19, and Joel Madden, 27,lawyers have asked authorities to drop all legal matters concerning photographer David Joseph Klein, which they filed back in October.

Klein's roommate, Maksim Miakovsky, was served with a restraining order and told to stay away from the couple and their families.

The 18-year-old was arrested and charged with making criminal threats and stalking Hilary Duff last month.
