The Russian immigrant accused of threatening to kill Hilary Duff is not guilty of stalking charges. Maksim Miakovsky denied planning to harm Hilary Duff at an event she was scheduled to attend, a California court heard. His bail was raised to $1 million and he'll be back in court on 22nd November for a hearing to determine whether there's enough evidence for him to stand trial.
